A little love......

Are any of you like me.....? Do you too have a thing for hearts?.....Mr P and i have been having disagreements recently, he really cant see the 'point'(?!) of having pretty fabric/glass/wooden hearts hanging from all possible handles/knobs/hooks in the house.

When he's late for work in the mornings(most days),and cant see what he's doing as the bulb's gone in the main light in the boudoir, and he has to wrestle with this

to get into his underwear drawer(it has quite spiky edges), i do feel a tiny pang of guilt, i can at this point slightly understand his frustration. Although i must admit, it upsets me a bit that he thinks they're purely 'tat'!

The problem is, i cant explain why we need them, or what purpose they serve, other than that they bring me pleasure to look at, theyre just...pretty.........

I think my girls are catching the bug too, these are some of their little loves...................

Ok, so this last one isnt exactly a heart but the girlies love her!

That's quite a large heart collection you've got there - I can see why you love them though - they are all very pretty in their own way! :O)

Hi, thanks for popping by my blog :o). How nice to find somebody local who blogs, I grew up in Eastleigh which is only around the corner from you! Seems we have a lot in common. I'm springer spaniel mad too and my beautiful boy Woody, certaintly rules the roost in our house. Hubby's a Landrover enthusiast and bulit his own Landrover a couple of years back. I'm afraid I'm a bit of a shed widow, he's always in the shed covered in oil. Sounds like you live in a lovely place, we hope to have our own smallholding one day. xxxx

I'm loving your heart collection and although I don't have [quite] as many, I'm well on my way. And you have them because you do - there doesn't need to be a reason.
Welcome to blogging btw.
