Kirsty 1, moles nil !

Three weeks ago this first photo wouldve been an accurate portrayal of our garden, however, Steve the mole man(fully licenced) set to work putting down a series strategically placed traps and has been back to check them a couple of times a week, he's caught three so far and we think thats all of them for now, so although its sad seeing these little creatures meet their maker, im quite happy that my garden is a little neater!!!

Todays latest catch, the girls were fascinated to take a closer look at this little chap.....

Whatever you've been doing i hope youve enjoyed the glorious sunshine, we actually all ate lunch in the garden yesterday as it was so beautiful...more on that later x

Good idea about the teatowels, was the fabric particularly cheap in there? I would love a big piece of CK for the back of my quilt.X

They are cute, but they do make the garden a mess, we have our fair share here.
Take care.

Awww, bless him. I love moles - when I was a little girl I used to collect them - little mole toys and books and things.

In fact! Your post has inspired me to write a little post about moles as I have a new mole toy in the shop. Give me 10 minutes to write something then have a look at my blog and you'll see yourself mentioned!!

Love Charlotte

Thanks for letting me know about the fabric at Bicester, I'll take another look at the photographs you sent again. LOL at the charity shop prices in your area, can't believe it sometimes. I hardly ever get lucky, but I did this week xx

He's very cute... but I remember how I felt about the formerly "cute" ducks when they invaded the garden!!!
