Happy hens...

I thought you might like to see a couple of better photos of the new hens as the first ones were rather dark! They've been enjoying roaming about my garden, snaafling up all the worms and slugs which have come up during the wet weather we're having...at east someone's enjoying it!

Hi girls, yes they're loving roaming around, they could take advantage of 500 acres but prefer to stay close to the coop! Today they're in though as murphy dog is home with mamma, im rationing their freedom-how cruel?! x

Perhaps you should rent them out as asort of anti slug hit squad! We have lots of slugs ans snails and, to the best of my knowledge, one lone toad trying to chomp his way through the lot of them. He seems to prefer those little snails in thin, pretty coloured shells at the moment. Obviously packaging is important in the toad world:)

I would love my own hens!

I made the cushion for Liz’s birthday, I’m glad she liked it!

Enjoy the holiday…love Lou xxx

Love your hens - and all their nice green grass! Ours is always a bit yellow by this time of year.
