Hi all, i hope you wont hold it against me that ive taken soooo long in stopping by blogland, i really dont know where the last eight weeks have gone!
Anyway, i wont bore you with excuses, are you like me and buy a new magazine and immediately flick through all the inspirational piccies??
You do?, well i'll make this post light on words then and hopefully you can just skip through and enjoy part one of our summer so far!

Ted chilling out, maxin', relaxin', with Charlie's oh so scrummy baby toes....i can say with certainty this is not a first!
Does anyone else have a dog which comforts itself in the newest, neatest pile of plumped cushions/throws/towels you've just laid out??
Roo can often be found here...in MY spot, under the apple tree...
Garden picnics with friends have been enjoyed...
Another year older...a beautiful cake from a lovely friend...

One baby sister is now walking!....
One middle sister had a first sports day...
The centinery celebrations of the death of Florence Nightingale were
celebrated in style...
All our babies found new homes...
My stunning flowers have been admired...
Evening sun dappling the herb border...
The peachiest pink foxgloves flowered for the first time...
Time was spent capturing moments of this beautiful little lady for the first time...
A christening was celebrated...
...In style...
With a huge hog roast in the garden...
The men folk...cooking-now im sure THAT is a first!!!...

Yeah you're right...its nice to have these memories all doccumented in order so i can say 'oh so that was why my house was such a tip'!!...never mind, i like to be busy but i want to enjoy everything to the max too!x
Oh, fab to have a post from you and catch up on your lovely summer, I can't believe what a big boy Ted is now! and your girls look beautiful as ever.
I find that 'real' life takes over from blogging quite often, especially in the summer months....I think I'd call myself a 'binge blogger'...nothing for months and months then post after post!

Missed you too! Just to let you know that you are not on your own - being on your own. My hubby is a Policeman and works 5pm-3am nights 4 nights a week. Its totally rubbish! XXXXXXX
